This means less ink goes into the skin, giving your piece a softer, lighter look—not bold or heavy like traditional styles. 2. Healing & Touch-Ups Because there’s less ink, some softening or light fading during healing is completely normal. Touch-ups are there to refresh your piece and perfect any lines that need a little extra love. 3. Placement, Skin & Care Matter Your skin type, placement, and how you care for your tattoo before and after your appointment all play a big role in how your tattoo heals and lasts. We’ll guide you through all the steps to make sure you give your new art the best start. 4. Our Touch-Up Promise We offer a free touch-up within one year of your appointment. Most touch-ups are ready to be done around the six-week mark. If you’re coming from out of town, keep that in mind when scheduling your trip—we want to make sure your piece heals perfectly!
