CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS: Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will automatically be charged 50% of total service. Canceling the same day of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. NO CALL/NO SHOW: Anyone who does not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled. In this case 100% of the service cost will be charged, and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
